Assessing Katrina: Dealing with Disasters

Pamela Matson, Dean of the School of Earth Sciences, chairs a discussion on "Assessing Katrina: Dealing with Disasters" at the Fairchild Auditorium in the Stanford University Medical School March 6th at 7:30pm.

Speakers include Charles Perrow, Professor Emeritus of Sociology, Yale University; Mark Ghilarducci, Vice President Western Region, James Lee Witt and Associates; Elisabeth Paté-Cornell, The Burton J. and DeeDee McMurtry Professor, School of Engineering; and Gary Schoolnik, Professor of Medicine (Infectious Diseases).

Students, Faculty and Staff are encouraged to attend.
