As part of "The Geopolitics of Energy" seminar series at Harvard's Belfer Center for International Studies, Thomas Fingar, 2009 Payne Distinguished Lecturer, and the nation's first Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Analysis and Chairman of the National Intelligence Council (2005-08), delivered a talk titled "Energy, Markets, and Geopolitics."
