Paul Stockton, senior research scholar at CISAC, said yesterday at his confirmation hearing that he welcomes the opportunity to strengthen government partnerships at all levels. Stockton is President Barack Obama's nominee for assistant secretary of defense for homeland defense and Americas' security affairs.
