On March 18th, PESD co-hosted a workshop in Beijing, China, at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, that examined the success of the Chinese rural electrification program. Then on the 21st, PESD co-hosted a workshop at Tsinghua University on the introduction of natural gas in three Chinese cities: Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong.
