The UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs' Division for Sustainable Development independently published a report by PESD director David Victor on sustainable energy services for the poor. The motto for UNDESA's Division for Sustainable Development is "Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."
