Ms. Jiang manages PESD's ongoing collaborative research efforts in China. Her particular areas of focus include the current role of government and enterprise in the natural gas, petroleum, and coal markets, as well as investigating the future development of the energy sector in China. She joined PESD in October 2006. Ms. Jiang has B.S. honors and M.S. degrees in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. She also has an interest in energy development in India, where she carried out field research for her undergraduate thesis in Andhra Pradesh on water and land use in sustainable agriculture.
