Mr. Jackson investigates the role of government in promoting private energy infrastructure investment in the developing world, with a specific focus on India. In this pursuit, he joined PESD in September of 2005.
Mr. Jackson holds a Master's Degree in Energy Engineering and Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences and Earth Systems from Stanford University.
