Nicole Smith joined CHP/PCOR in October 2005 as a data analyst working on projects with core faculty members Grant Miller and Jay Bhattacharya. She previously worked for Intermountain Health Care in Salt Lake City, Utah, as a data analyst and statistician. Before that, she worked as a research assistant in the economics department at Brigham Young University, and as an intern for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation's Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology. She received a BS and MS in statistics, both from Brigham Young University.
