Teal Pennebaker joined Stanford Health Policy (CHP/PCOR) in 2009. She oversees the centers' communications efforts and helps with external relations. Prior to joining Stanford, Teal did press for a senate campaign in South Dakota. In May of 2008, Teal earned a master in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she worked with negotiations professor Brian Mandell. A Wellesley alumna and Texas native, Teal was an editor for her college paper and has held a series of journalism positions domestically and abroad.
