Vivian Tsai joined PCOR in 2009 as a trainee in the AHRQ Fellowship in Health Care Research and Policy. She is a cardiologist interested in the role of implantable cardioverter-defibrillators among older patients, primarily exploring topics through large administrative databases.
Dr. Tsai completed medical school at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and internal medicine and cardiology training at Stanford University. She has also served as a chief medical resident and chief cardiology fellow.
