Dmitry Soustin is the Fellowship and Student Programs Coordinator. He manages all administrative and financial aspects of CISAC’s relationships with predoctoral, postdoctoral, and mid-career level fellows, visiting processors, scholars, dignitaries and other short-term visitors. Dmitry also coordinates CISAC’s Undergraduate Honors Program, as well as the Center’s undergraduate internship program.

Prior to his arrival at CISAC, Dmitry worked for CRDF Global, where he served as a project manager for U.S. State Department nonproliferation training and technical assistance grant-making programs implemented by CRDF. Earlier, he worked for several San Francisco Bay Area organizations supporting international development and training programs. Dmitry received his MA degree in International Policy Studies with a Certificate in Nonproliferation Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, and a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University.
