Center responds to Japan's recent challenges, reaffirms ties

Entrepreneurship and Japan's transformation
Shorenstein APARC, SPRIE NewsOver thirty-five scholars from sixteen different universities in the United States, Japan, and Europe gathered in Bechtel Hall for a two-day academic conference entitled, Entrepreneurship and Japan's Transformation. At the conference, twelve new papers exploring aspects of Japan's entrepreneurial environment were presented from academic fields such as political science, economics, strategy, and organization theory. Japan situation difficult, but reconstruction on the horizon

It is difficult to separate fact and reasonable speculation about the future from the terror-filled coverage about radiation leaking from the Fukushima nuclear complex.
