Fellows Ed Blandford and Toshi Higuchi win inaugural Sagan Prize
Ed Blandford, a nuclear engineer and Stanton nuclear security postdoctoral fellow, and Toshi Higuchi, a historian and postdoctoral fellow, share the inaugural Scott Sagan Prize.
