Toshihiro Higuchi was a postdoctoral fellow at CISAC for 2011-2012. He has published in journals such as Environmental Histories of the Cold War, Comparative Imperiology, Peace & Change, the Journal of Strategic Studies as well as several publications in Japanese journals.
He received his PhD from Georgetown University in History, his M.A. in History from the State University of New York, Albany and his B.A. in International Political economy from the University of Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan.
