Yanqiong Liu was a Visiting Assistant Professor at CISAC. She is a lecturer at the National University of Defense Technology, China. Her research focuses on the military technology transfer from the Soviet Union to China, and science, military technology, and society. Her book, Two Bombs, One satellite: A Model of the Big Science, was published by Shandong Education Press in 2004. In December, 2005, she received her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from the National University of Defense Technology.
