Shorenstein APARC Publication SeriesOngoing
Shorenstein APARC has a long history of publishing its own full-length books on subjects related to contemporary Asia. Books produced and published in-house provide a valuable platform from which to disseminate center scholarship on topical subjects that are in rapid flux. Shorenstein APARC's books are distributed to bookstores and other retail outlets through an agreement with the Brookings Institution Press. Michael H. Armacost, Shorenstein Distinguished Fellow and a former director of the Brookings Institution, edits this in-house series, which produces an average of two books per year.
